Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team.

This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the life of an individual with a disability, providing support and encouragement in their daily activities.

  • Assist with community access and recreational activities, promoting independence and inclusion.
  • Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships with our clients.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure holistic care and support.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
  • A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable, registered, and insured vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.

In return, you can expect:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $35.00 - $38.00.
  • A casual schedule with day shift and morning shift options.
  • Penalty rates applicable.
