Your responsibilities

  • Providing individualised support to clients within their homes and communities
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, personal care and social interactions
  • Working collaboratively with other support workers and healthcare professionals to ensure client outcomes

Your qualifications and skills

  • Experience and/or qualifications in Individual Support, Disability Support, Aged Care or equivalent
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven
  • Reliable, kind, and caring nature, with good work ethics
  • Well-presented and a professional approach
  • Active with average physical fitness level

  • Current resume and 2 professional referees
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement of employment
