About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Professional to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will ensure that our residents receive the best possible service by demonstrating exceptional practice and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to empower them to perform their duties efficiently.
- Assess Aged Care Residents and develop comprehensive Care Plans.
- Maintain compliance with residential Aged Care Standards, AN-ACC requirements, Occupational Health and Safety, food safety and other professional legislative requirements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Hold current registration as a Registered Nurse with relevant qualification and experience.
- Possess experience in assessing Aged Care Residents and formulating Care Plans.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of Commonwealth, State and / or Territory legislation and nursing practices.
