The Shire of Esperance is seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Manager Asset Operations.

This role involves leading the construction and maintenance of civil assets, overseeing our fleet and workshop, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.\\\
As Manager Asset Operations, you will be responsible for managing teams in major infrastructure projects, overseeing construction and maintenance of civil assets, and managing our fleet and workshop.\\\

Key Responsibilities:\\

Lead skilled teams in major infrastructure projects\\\
Oversee the construction and maintenance of civil assets\\\
Manage our fleet and workshop\\\
Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards\\\

\\\
\\\
Requirements:\\
\\\
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or 5+ years' senior civil works experience\\\
Proven experience leading construction and maintenance crews\\\
Strong design and construction background\\\
Practical problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach\\\
Ability to work well with people and keep projects on track\\\
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement\\\
