Job Title: Manager Asset Operations

Are you a skilled and experienced construction professional looking for a challenging leadership role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager Asset Operations to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the construction and maintenance of civil assets, overseeing our fleet and workshop, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll see the impact of your work every day - from safer roads to community infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or 5+ years' senior civil works experience
  • Proven experience leading construction and maintenance crews
  • Strong design and construction background
  • Practical problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
  • Ability to work well with people and keep projects on track
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement
