Main Responsibilities
  • Financial valuation and reporting of infrastructure assets require expertise in accounting and valuation processes.
  • Data management involves maintaining infrastructure assets through strategic asset management systems & processes.
  • Statutory and City reporting of infrastructure assets necessitate knowledge of local government legislative requirements.
  • The annual 5 Year Capital Works Program development requires supporting data analysis and financial planning.
  • Documenting and developing strategic asset management systems is essential for effective data management.

To succeed in this role, you will bring experience in asset management processes, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Prior training in municipal infrastructure and Local Government Experience will be highly valued.

A Current WA 'C' Class Driver's Licence is required.

We are looking for applicants with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Asset Management, Engineering, or Facilities Management, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Comprehensive experience in asset analysis, work management, and/or financial inventories and datasets.
  • Demonstrated expertise in accounting and valuation processes for infrastructure assets.
  • Maintaining strategic asset management systems, work management, and/or geographic information systems is essential.
  • Industry accreditation in Strategic Asset Management, Infrastructure Planning, or Asset Financial Management is advantageous.
