Event Operations Coordinator

The role of Event Operations Coordinator is a key position within the events team, responsible for the delivery and evaluation of state level tennis events and community events.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of tennis across the state by providing high-level administrative and operational support to the events team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the events lead, including planning, organisation and delivery of state and zone level tennis events.
- Support third party event providers, ensuring a consistent approach to event delivery.
- Educate and support key stakeholders with tournament planner software.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in competition or event delivery with a strong understanding of tournament planner software programs.
- An understanding of league manager competition software or similar is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders.
