We are seeking an experienced individual to provide early intervention and case management support. This is a permanent full-time position with opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tailored support to families, working within a client-centred framework that is culturally sensitive. They will also facilitate group sessions to educate and empower families around mental health and wellbeing.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide early intervention and case management services to families in need.
  • Facilitate child-focused groups to promote healthy development and wellbeing.
  • Develop partnerships with stakeholders to reach vulnerable families.
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of family support strategies.

Requirements

  • Degree-level qualifications in social work, psychology or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with children and/or young people, with knowledge of child protection and/or child and family issues.
  • Practical experience in delivering group work to children and young people.
  • Experience in delivering early intervention supports to diverse communities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
