**_ About the Job_**
- Design and Implement the Child and Family Policy Framework
- Lead the Practice Agenda
- Translate Regulatory and Contractual Changes into Policy and Practice
- Embed Policy and Practice Governance and Training

**_ About You_**
- Relevant qualifications in Community Services and at least 5 years' Child and Family Senior Operational experience
- Sound understanding of Child and Family legislative, regulatory and contractual requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead the implementation of practice changes across a large organisation, including an ability to build relationships, gain support and secure the assistance and resources
- An ability to integrate trauma informed or therapeutic practice into policy
- Experience in leading collaboratively with a team-based structure to confirm team priorities, goals, and outcomes
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills including an ability to engage and present complex information to a varied stakeholder group
- Experience in developing plans and schedules to describe and prioritise team priorities and measure delivery and outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to analyse information and generate high quality Executive/Board level papers/reports
- Strong desire to co-create strategies, activities and models that improve outcomes for individuals and communities
