The successful applicant will be responsible for providing coordinated and timely family interventions that are short-term and goal-focused. This will involve working with children who have emotional wellbeing and behavioural concerns that significantly impact their psychological, social, emotional, and/or behavioural functioning.

As a Child and Family Counsellor, you will work closely with families to identify and address the underlying causes of these concerns, providing them with support and guidance to help them achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing individualized plans that cater to the unique needs of each family.

In addition to your work with families, you will also contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to child and family health services. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in shaping the direction of our service and ensuring that we continue to provide high-quality care to our community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as psychology, social work, or counselling.

- Proven experience working with children and families in a healthcare setting.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
