Family Support Specialist

As a Family Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support to families with young children. Your expertise will focus on addressing sleep and settling issues, child behavior, and overall parent and child well-being.
About the Role- You will provide personalized early parenting support to families with children aged up to 4 years old.
- As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively to address the complex needs of families.
- You will offer emotional and practical guidance to support the health and wellbeing of children.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Development or a related field is essential.
- You may also hold an AHPRA Registered Enrolled Nurse qualification with Mothercraft Nursing.
- You must be up-to-date with contemporary child-safe practices.
- Understanding of key child development issues is crucial for working with diverse families.
