We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering spiritual support and care to those in need.
This role plays a vital part in maintaining the cultural and spiritual wellbeing of residents and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver pastoral care services to residents and clients in line with their preferences.
- Support mission formation activities for employees within the residential aged care home.
- Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Cert III or Cert IV in Pastoral Care or similar qualifications in theology or spirituality.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Catholic faith.
- Commitment to supporting the pastoral/spiritual care needs of the sick and elderly and their family members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
