Pastoral Care Practitioner

About This Role

We are seeking a qualified Pastoral Care Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that patient's religious needs are addressed with particular attention to sacramental needs, referring to other spiritual/religious representatives when and where appropriate.

  • The ideal candidate will have a graduate qualification in religious studies, theology, or psychology/counselling and at least two 400 hour Units of Clinical Pastoral Education.
  • You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team.
