  • Spearhead mission formation activities to promote employee engagement and growth within the residential aged care home.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Certified qualifications in Pastoral Care or related fields such as theology or spirituality (Cert III or IV).
  • Strong knowledge of Catholic faith principles, particularly those relevant to aged care and life's dignity.
  • A demonstrated commitment to supporting the spiritual needs of the sick, elderly, and their families.
  • The ability to respect diverse values, customs, preferences, and spiritual beliefs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • An eagerness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
