**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Hotels.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting daily Food and Beverage Operations, ensuring that brand standards are met and guest expectations are exceeded.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supervise and support daily Food and Beverage Operations
  • Supervise the team, ensuring that brand standards are met and guest expectations are exceeded
  • Train and develop team members, ensuring they maintain a professional manner
  • Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities
  • Perform duties with a high level of positive enthusiasm

**Requirements**

  • RSA - Must have a current and valid 'Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol' certificate
  • Demonstrated experience within hospitality, retail, or fast food leading a team or strong experience in a F&B role
  • Friendly, positive, energetic disposition with a passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
  • A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
