Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at The Star Sydney. As a key member of our Food and Beverage Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants, bars, and lounges.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of Food and Beverage Attendants to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient service delivery.
- Assist in the planning and resourcing of food and beverage products, including inventory management and ordering.
- Monitor and control labor costs and operating expenses to ensure profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality guest experiences.
- Proven supervisory experience in a similar large, busy environment with a thorough knowledge of food and beverages.
- Demonstrated ability in planning and resourcing people and products, performance management, and controlling labor costs and operating expenses.
- Exceptional guest service skills with a proactive attitude and natural ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests.
- Highly organized and eager, with a high attention to detail.
- Current RSA Statement of Attainment.
