Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Star Ent Group is seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieving financial and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Venue Manager in leading and supporting the achievement of financial and operational targets
  • Support the development of business plans for the outlet and assist with the implementation of strategies
  • Supervise staff and assist with training, development, and performance management
  • Set daily performance objectives for employees and supervise service flow and performance standards
  • Ensure staff adherence to cash handling procedures and record transactions in the MICROS system
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace and coordinate equipment maintenance

Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience in a similar large busy environment with a thorough knowledge of food and beverages
  • Demonstrated ability in planning and resourcing people and products, performance management, and controlling labor costs and operating expenses
  • Exceptional guest service skills with a proactive attitude and natural ability to communicate effectively
  • Highly organized and eager with a high attention to detail
  • Current RSA Statement of Attainment
  • Flexible availability for work over a 7-day roster
