At Autosports Group, we are looking for a seasoned professional to support and lead our used vehicle sales team. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to drive sales success while upholding premium quality and service standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in leading and motivating the Used Car Sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Support inventory management for retail and fleet used vehicle stock
  • Implement innovative sales and lead management strategies to boost sales performance
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring consistent follow-up and exceptional service
  • Monitor and evaluate sales activities using analytics tools, providing feedback and coaching to team members
  • Collaborate with marketing to present online and offline advertising accurately and attractively
  • Uphold high standards of communication—written and verbal—ensuring professional customer interactions
  • Handle customer concerns with care, escalating issues to management to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with departments such as Service, Parts, Finance, and Administration to ensure seamless operations

**Selection Criteria:**

  • Proven experience in used vehicle sales or a similar role
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in supporting or managing sales teams
  • Track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with a process-driven approach
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive
  • Keen attention to detail with a commitment to delivering a premium customer experience
  • Ability to develop, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team aligned with brand standards
