Job Overview

The successful candidate will assist the sales manager in leading and motivating the used vehicle sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sales Manager in leading and motivating the used vehicle sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Support the sales process by assisting customers with inquiries, test drives, and vehicle presentations.
  • Maintain an attractive and organized showroom/yard, ensuring vehicles are clean, well-presented, and properly merchandised.
  • Research and analyze competitor offerings to stay informed about industry trends and pricing strategies.
  • Assist with managing inventory levels, including ordering vehicles, coordinating trade-ins, and ensuring a diverse selection of used cars.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support the Sales Manager in monitoring and analyzing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to sales activities, customer interactions, and vehicle inventory.
