About the RoleThis is an opportunity for a highly motivated results-driven leader to join our team as a Used Car Sales Manager at our Berwick dealership.
The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, lead and motivate the sales team to achieve volume and profit targets, and foster a high-performing culture.
About You- You have experience in a similar role.
- You have a proven track record of driving results and maintaining strong gross retention.
- You possess strong leadership skills, including growing, developing and mentoring team members.
- You have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with the team.
- You have strong communication and negotiation skills.
- You have a strong desire to succeed.
- You have strong business and commercial acumen.
- You hold a current VIC drivers' license and clean driving record.
