**Job Title:** Brand Manager

Job Description

Overview: Rocket AMS is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead strategy and own client relationships across a portfolio of consumer brands on Amazon AU, US, JP, and UK.

About the Role: As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance, setting direction, solving problems, and ensuring delivery of the best results for our clients. You will lead a pod of in-house specialists and guide their work, keeping them focused on priorities and helping them develop.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead day-to-day activities for clients, setting direction and keeping everything aligned.
  2. Manage and coach in-house specialists across ads, creative, and retail operations.
  3. Track Amazon performance, interpret data, and communicate insights clearly.
  4. Share wins, progress, and next steps with clients to maintain confidence.
  5. Review deliverables before they reach the client, ensuring quality.
  6. Solve problems quickly, prioritize tasks, and maintain momentum.

About You: To succeed in this role, you must have experience working with Amazon, whether inside Amazon or managing a brand's Amazon business. You should understand how the platform works and know how to navigate Seller Central or Vendor Central. You are organized, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
