**Job Title:** Brand Manager
Job DescriptionOverview: Rocket AMS is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead strategy and own client relationships across a portfolio of consumer brands on Amazon AU, US, JP, and UK.
About the Role: As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance, setting direction, solving problems, and ensuring delivery of the best results for our clients. You will lead a pod of in-house specialists and guide their work, keeping them focused on priorities and helping them develop.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day activities for clients, setting direction and keeping everything aligned.
- Manage and coach in-house specialists across ads, creative, and retail operations.
- Track Amazon performance, interpret data, and communicate insights clearly.
- Share wins, progress, and next steps with clients to maintain confidence.
- Review deliverables before they reach the client, ensuring quality.
- Solve problems quickly, prioritize tasks, and maintain momentum.
About You: To succeed in this role, you must have experience working with Amazon, whether inside Amazon or managing a brand's Amazon business. You should understand how the platform works and know how to navigate Seller Central or Vendor Central. You are organized, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
