
Fiscal Operations Coordinator

This is a hands-on role central to maintaining accurate financial records and systems. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and flexible working conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Support financial administration, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and payroll using Xero.
- Administer purchasing systems and supplier accounts (e.g. Flexi Purchase, Coles, Woolworths).
- Assist with BAS, PAYG, IAS, Workcover, and other regulatory lodgements.
- Contribute to month-end/year-end reporting and identify process improvements.
- Experience in accounts and office administration; education sector (Kindergarten or OSHC) preferred.
- Proficiency in Xero, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft tools.
- Bookkeeping or Accounting qualification (completed or in progress) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
