About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Conference Organiser to deliver high-profile conferences, providing end-to-end management for designated events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and develop conference programs in partnership with committees to support members' continuing professional development.
- Manage and maintain online systems for registrations, abstract submissions and reviews, certification, and event reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum three years' experience in conference and events coordination, including fiscal and sponsorship outcomes.
- Good knowledge of the events industry, events related software, and the role/operations of PCOs.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable.
- High level of understanding and skills in using relevant computer applications, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and spreadsheets.
Benefits:
- Salary up to $82,000 + Superannuation per annum (pro-rata, based on 1.0 FTE equivalent)
- Hybrid working arrangements.
- Paid day off each month for full-time employees (pro-rata for part-time).
