Regional Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead our operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our residents. The successful candidate will oversee 5 locations, providing strategic guidance and direction to achieve optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate with senior management to develop and implement business plans and marketing strategies
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and compliance
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps
- Maintain accurate knowledge of laws and regulations relating to position responsibilities
- Support the development and submission of accreditation self-assessment kits and participate in unannounced accreditation visits
- Tertiary qualifications in a health-related field
- Previous management experience in aged care
- Thorough understanding of aged care quality standards and AN-ACC
- Senior level clinical skills and experience
- Current Victorian driver's licence and police check
