Operational Oversight Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of Control Room, Concierge and Static Guarding across three corporate banking sites in Melbourne.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and reporting on significant anomalies or trends to minimize potential deficits in service provision
  • Coordinating client site visitations, meetings and stakeholder engagement
  • Implementing changes and working flexible hours as a point of escalation
  • Preparing and distributing fortnightly rosters
  • Relocating Security Officers and coordinating resources as required

  • Proven leadership skills: Experience managing teams in a fast-paced and challenging environment with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • Fiscal acumen: A deep understanding of labor costs, overtime and recruitment processes
  • Strategic thinker: Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent relationship builder: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage employee and client relationships
