Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Service Officer. As a key representative, you will provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

This is a 12-month fixed term position requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for establishing proactive and professional contact with customers, providing accurate information on stock availability and delivery enquiries as appropriate.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers
  • Providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Assisting with processing credits and resolving customer complaints
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve common goals
  • Attending training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • High level digital literacy with proficiency in multiple systems (SAP experience advantageous)
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills to identify solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in a similar role or industry highly regarded
