The purpose of this position is to provide outstanding customer service by identifying and supporting customers to explore their current and future financial needs, provisioning relevant financial products and services, and facilitating referrals to specialist teams where required.
The role works closely with the Branch Manager, developing customer relationships through regular contact, proactive lead management, seeking referral opportunities, executing customer loan maintenance needs and coaching Customer Service Officers.
About You
Experienced Customer Relationship Specialist who consistently delivers an outstanding customer experience
Excellent customer service experience, preferably in banking; exposure to consumer lending is advantageous
Ability to build long-lasting relationships and create positive customer experiences
Strong team player who contributes to a collaborative environment and goes above and beyond for customers and colleagues
Personalized approach to interactions with a can-do attitude; ability to learn and use multiple technical financial systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
