Job Title: Customer Success Manager

As a seasoned customer success professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and retention across our expansive portfolio of customers. With a focus on scalable customer engagement strategies and data-driven insights, you will be responsible for ensuring the long-term success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Retention & Expansion: Foster strong relationships with our customers, delivering tailored solutions that meet their evolving needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Product Adoption & Utilization: Develop and execute targeted plans to deepen customer engagement with our platform, highlighting key features and functionalities that align with their strategic objectives.
  • Risk Mitigation & Prevention: Proactively identify and address potential risks that may impact customer satisfaction and loyalty, leveraging data analytics and health metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Portfolio Management: Effectively manage a high-volume portfolio of customers, utilizing digital engagement tools, automation, and strategic interventions to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze customer usage data, health scores, and trends to inform strategic initiatives and optimize customer portfolios for maximum value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, support, and product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive business results.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in customer success or a related field, with a proven track record of driving growth and retention.
  • Experience managing large portfolios of customers at scale, leveraging digital and automated success motions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in customer success tools and technologies, including Gainsight, Salesforce, and ChurnZero.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in fast-paced environments, with a keen sense of urgency and attention to detail.
