As a key figure in one of our teams, you'll play a pivotal role in helping to retain and grow an existing customer portfolio which focuses on delivering tailored, profitable solutions for the customer and business.
The purpose of this role is to build meaningful relationships with existing small business customers and provide personalized solutions and recommendations to support business growth and development.
Responsibilities:- Handling a high volume of inbound calls and proactively engaging with customers through structured outreach campaigns.
- Delivering exceptional service to a diverse range of clients within a managed portfolio.
