The Scale Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in driving growth by managing high-propensity accounts through strategic engagements and scalable programs. This position involves fostering long-term customer relationships, promoting adoption, and ensuring retention.
About The RoleThis key position requires a deep understanding of SaaS, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to lead both individualized and group customer interactions. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for onboarding success, accelerating platform adoption, and proactively identifying potential issues.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive account strategies to ensure long-term success, adoption, and retention.
- Manage a portfolio of customers requiring a mix of personalized and scalable engagement methods.
- Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs, platform health checks, and risk mitigation exercises.
- Proactively identify potential risks and mobilize internal teams to address them promptly.
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Renewals in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS customer lifecycle, including risk identification and mitigation.
- Proven success in managing customer portfolios using both personalized and scalable strategies.
