Equipment Maintenance Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Equipment Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the central hub for equipment repairs and maintenance, coordinating with engineers, suppliers, and warehouse teams to ensure everything gets fixed, tracked, and delivered on time and in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the go-to contact for equipment repairs across the company.
  • Coordinate the movement and tracking of faulty gear with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Maintain our online Equipment Maintenance & Repair (EMR) system up-to-date and accurate.
  • Support the workshop team with minor fixes, purchase orders, and equipment checks.

As an ideal candidate, you will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and possess a knack for detail, accuracy, and follow-through. You will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines, and ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams.
