Our organization is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Engineering Administrator.

This position will be responsible for serving as the central point of contact for all equipment repairs across the company. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers, suppliers, and warehouse teams to ensure that all equipment is properly repaired and maintained in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably with experience working with stock parts/assets or broadcast TV equipment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for spreadsheets, is also required. Experience with eMaint software is a plus.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, and be able to effectively communicate with multiple departments and suppliers. Attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through are essential qualities for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance across the company
  • Work closely with engineers, suppliers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in our online Equipment Maintenance & Repair system
  • Support the workshop team with minor fixes, purchase orders, and equipment checks
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for spreadsheets
  • Experience with eMaint software is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
