Billing Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize advanced analytical skills to manipulate and interpret large datasets.

  • Conduct thorough audits and reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial records.

  • Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in billing operations analysis, demonstrating expertise in tools such as Oracle and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • BI Publisher development skills are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
