Job Title: Billing Specialist OverviewAs a Billing Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate validation of carrier invoices and rates against contracts. You will be responsible for managing major customer portfolios, including accurate and timely charges, and resolving any discrepancies that may arise. Responsibilities• Validate and reconcile carrier invoices and rates against contracts in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage major customer portfolios, ensuring accurate and timely charges are applied
• Lodge claims with carriers as necessary
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of invoices received and processed
• Resolve any issues that may arise through effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Support the broader billing functions as required Requirements• Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Proven ability to analyze and think critically to resolve issues
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
