Billing Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting our customer service and sales teams with timely invoicing and account updates.
Key Responsibilities- Edit and manage invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness, addressing any necessary adjustments promptly.
- Track enrolment forms and follow up on incomplete submissions to ensure all student records are up to date.
- Keep student and parent records accurate and current in our CRM, supporting seamless enrolment and billing processes.
- Address and resolve enrolment and billing-related tickets from the Sales and Customer Service teams efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and team members.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and stay on top of multiple tasks and timelines.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership over your responsibilities.
- A friendly and patient approach, even when addressing overdue accounts or resolving issues.
