Seamless billing processes are crucial for our clients, and as a Billing Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring they run smoothly.

We seek a reliable and detail-oriented individual to collaborate with the Billing team in Melbourne. As a Billing Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Sending invoices and resolving billing customer escalations for internal support and CSM teams
  • Collaborating with other departments to identify opportunities to streamline and improve billing processes and customer management
  • Liaising with hardware vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of physical purchases and coordinating returns
  • Processing integrity check account state audits and updating dishonoured payment records

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A post-secondary degree in business, administration, finance or a related field
  • Prior billing experience (1-2 years)
  • Experience in a customer-facing role and excellent communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of SAAS services (e.g., print, telco, utilities) and Google workspace
  • Stellar time-management and prioritisation skills and a flair for problem-solving
