**Improve Claims Handling with Us**

Fuse Recruitment is seeking a skilled Workflow Optimization Specialist to join our team and drive operational excellence in claims handling. If you're passionate about process improvement and have a strong analytical mindset, this role is for you.

We're looking for a seasoned professional with 3-5 years of experience in motor claims or process optimization to lead the way in improving our claims handling processes. As a Workflow Optimization Specialist, you'll be responsible for analyzing and identifying areas of improvement, developing and implementing optimization strategies, and ensuring seamless integration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing claims processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve claim outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth implementation of optimization initiatives.
  • Provide process training and support to ensure successful embedment of optimization initiatives.
  • Lead and influence team members to identify process opportunities and foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of motor claims experience and/or 3-5 years of process optimization experience (preferably within a personal insurance context).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage, influence, and develop others.
  • High level conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
