Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain technical workflows and procedures to ensure consistency and ease of use.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain best practice knowledge, ensuring it is up-to-date and effective.
  • Design and implement a knowledge review strategy to refresh and update procedures regularly.
  • Foster effective relationships with key stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure smooth implementation of procedures.
  • Identify and implement knowledge changes as required, ensuring seamless integration with departmental and cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in technical writing, including producing, reviewing, and documenting process and procedure writing.
  • Proven ability to translate complex information into clear and logical written formats.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Effective time management, planning, and prioritization, with the ability to manage changing priorities.
