About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Knowledge Specialist to join our team at Auto & General. As a key member of our Third-Party Recoveries & Settlements team, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional service and strong cost outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Recoveries & Settlements business functions with composing and maintaining technical workflows and procedures in HIYA.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain best practice knowledge to sustain or improve the capability and effectiveness of Recoveries & Settlement.
  • Work with key stakeholders and SMEs to complete regular reviews of procedures, ensuring knowledge is always being refreshed and kept up to date.
  • Foster effective relationships with key stakeholders to support engagement, gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and ensuring the smooth implementation of procedures.
  • Support as a Recoveries & Settlements Change Champion/Knowledge expert to identify department, cross-functional impacts, and implement and embed knowledge changes as required.
  • Monitor and identify continuous improvement opportunities for Recoveries & Settlements.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in technical writing, including producing, reviewing, and documenting to a high standard specific to process and procedure writing.
  • Proven ability to translate complex information into a clear and logical written format.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management, planning, and prioritization, and the ability to manage changing priorities.
