Knowledge Content Specialist

Fuse Recruitment is seeking an experienced Knowledge Content Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the Recoveries & Settlements Team, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and supporting the delivery of exceptional service and strong cost outcomes.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the company's internal governance framework is understood and applied across the department, resulting in consistent knowledge delivery. You will work collaboratively with the department functions to create and maintain technical workflows and procedures.
- Knowledge Writing & Maintenance: Compose and maintain technical workflows and procedures, ensuring they align with existing principles and are presented in an easily accessible format.
- Best Practice: Develop, deploy, and maintain best practice knowledge to sustain or improve the capability and effectiveness of the department.
- Knowledge Review Strategy: Work with key stakeholders and SMEs to complete a regular review of procedures to ensure knowledge is always refreshed and up-to-date.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Foster effective relationships with key stakeholders to support engagement by gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth implementation of procedures.
- Change Champion: Identify departmental and cross-functional impacts and implement and embed knowledge changes as required.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in technical writing, including producing, reviewing, and documenting to a high standard specific to process and procedure writing.
- Proven ability to translate complex information into a clear and logical written format.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
- Effective time management, planning, and prioritization and the ability to manage changing priorities.
- Ability to complete background checks and proof of full working rights in Australia to work in Insurance.
