About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader to join our team and be responsible for managing, motivating, and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the store and its commercial success, analyzing relevant data to probe and challenge the status quo.

The ideal candidate will have a strong retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales. They will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a competitive annual salary of $80,000-$120,000 depending on experience, plus a retail bonus scheme and adidas employee benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, motivate, and lead the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Take full ownership of the store and its commercial success.
  • Analyze relevant data to probe and challenge the status quo.
  • Address identified improvement areas, involving the District Manager or other Retail Back Office partners as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvements in the store's sales, productivity, and profitability.
Requirements
