- Interpret and apply complex Awards, agreements, and legislation with precision.
- Lead audit, compliance, and reporting activities to ensure payroll integrity.
- Drive continuous improvement by challenging current processes.
- Support system accuracy and optimisation.
- 5+ years' experience in payroll, with a focus on Australian processes.
- Expert award interpretation skills and knowledge of Australian legislation, tax, and super.
- Compliance and audit focus with a data-driven approach.
- Experience across payroll systems; Workday highly regarded.
