  • Lead audit, compliance, and reporting activities to ensure payroll integrity.
  • Drive continuous improvement by challenging current processes.
  • Support system accuracy and optimisation.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in payroll, with a focus on Australian processes.
  • Expert award interpretation skills and knowledge of Australian legislation, tax, and super.
  • Compliance and audit focus with a data-driven approach.
  • Experience across payroll systems; Workday highly regarded.
