Senior Specialist, Workforce Management

This is a complex project-based opportunity within a fast-paced environment where you will be a key partner in delivering a next-generation payroll system.

The role requires a substantial expertise in workforce management and industrial relations, with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex employment agreements and drive effective compliance processes.

  • Draw on your analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail to enable you to design comprehensive testing regimes and robust review processes, ensuring that the payroll platform meets current obligations and is resilient to future changes in labor regulations.
  • Take a proactive approach to identifying gaps, proposing enhancements, and documenting outcomes will directly contribute to the integrity and success of the new system.
Key Requirements:
  • Considerable experience in workforce management and industrial relations, including specialist expertise in employment law and regulatory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll, a detailed understanding of relevant legislative frameworks, and a proven track record of successfully implementing compliance measures within large organisations.
  • Experience with engaging unions and strong understanding of union priorities and practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present findings, explain regulatory considerations, and facilitate training.
