We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Compliance Specialist to lead our payroll compliance initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, integrity, and regulatory alignment across key stakeholder groups.
About the Role:This senior-level position plays a crucial part in developing the end-to-end payroll compliance framework, collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement payroll compliance initiatives, and advising on P&C and Workplace Relations projects.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement payroll compliance strategies that align with Enterprise Agreements and relevant Industrial Awards, Policies, and Legislation.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on payroll operations, including compliance with complex regulations and legislative requirements.
- Prior experience in payroll operations, analysis, or compliance.
- Demonstrated understanding of payroll compliance principles and ability to interpret industrial awards and agreements.
