Payroll Compliance Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled payroll compliance specialist to lead our payroll compliance initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, experience with payroll systems, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive payroll compliance framework that aligns with enterprise agreements and relevant industrial awards, policies, and legislation.
- Ensure payroll systems, processes, and operational requirements are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement payroll compliance initiatives.
Reducing or negating employment and industrial law risks in payroll compliance, including:
- Identifying and addressing potential issues or breaches to ensure future payroll compliance.
- Providing guidance and input on P&C and Workplace Relations initiatives.
- Developing and implementing compliance capability building programs.
You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop and implement payroll compliance initiatives and thinking into change management activities.
