About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven leader to join our Spa & Wellness Centre team. As Assistant Manager, you will oversee daily operations and lead the spa team to achieve excellence in client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire staff to deliver high-quality treatments and services
  • Oversee daily operations, including rosters, client bookings, and stock management
  • Travel between two centre locations in Ivanhoe and Abbotsford
  • Foster a warm and inclusive culture for staff and clients
  • Support staff development with training, coaching, and feedback
  • Drive customer service excellence
  • Collaborate with leadership on business growth initiatives
  • Uphold workplace standards, compliance, and health & safety practices
