Strategic Leader for Federal Government Sector

This role requires a seasoned professional to lead the expansion of our presence across the federal government sector in Australia. As a Strategic Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to grow our footprint in this market.

You will work closely with customers to understand their mission objectives and develop solutions that address their unique challenges. Your expertise in managing large, complex enterprise accounts and experience working with Australian federal government agencies will be invaluable in driving business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to expand our presence in the federal government sector
  • Building and maintaining executive-level relationships with key decision-makers in federal government departments and agencies
  • Working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
  • Managing large, complex enterprise accounts and ensuring successful outcomes
  • Collaborating with global teams to share best practices and leverage global expertise

As a Strategic Leader, you will have a proven track record of leading teams to achieve significant business growth and a strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and their application in government environments. You will also have experience selling complex technology solutions to government customers and knowledge of government security and compliance frameworks.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. They will also have a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 10+ years of technology-related sales, business development, or equivalent experience, including 5+ years of sales management experience.
