Key Responsibilities:- Assist with cost estimates for small, medium, and large projects
- Call subcontractors to request interest in pricing trade works
- Obtain quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare and issue tender packages
- Take and issue minutes during Bid Team and Tender Strategy meetings
- Manage Tender RFIs and respond to queries
- Format, print, and bind high-quality submissions
- Establish and maintain Bid Action Plans
- Update and manage Bid & Strategy documentation
- Prepare and measure a bill of quantities (BOQ)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project) is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be open to learning and comfortable taking on new challenges.
Requirements:- Currently studying or recently graduated in a construction-related degree, or 12 months' experience in the construction industry
- Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Estimating
- Focused, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
