Key Account Management

As a Senior Key Account Manager at Red Bull, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans with our distributor partners. This will involve coordinating meetings to explain and implement Red Bull's business strategies and initiatives, ensuring that our distributors fully understand and execute our merchandising standards.

You will also establish a regular communication schedule to discuss upcoming and ongoing key account programs, and develop a thorough working knowledge of our distributors' internal systems and structure.

In addition, you will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and holding our distributors accountable for data submission into our systems.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding sales experience and track record in the Consumer Goods industry
  • 5+ years of wholesale or distributor management experience
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
  • Highly numerate and analytical
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation and training ability
