Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, providing a warm and welcoming introduction to our services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and our internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with our Registered Nurses and support staff to identify client needs and develop personalized support plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with our management team to identify opportunities for service improvement and implement changes to enhance client outcomes.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the disability and aged care sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Availability to work in our office based in Potts Point, NSW.
